My son who is 12 migrated to the US from Barbados where he was being taught in the British school system. He was diagnosed with dyslexia at the age of 9 but since then it did not affect his learning abilities that we would have noticed only until now. We need a tutor who is patients. He is very shy and lacks a bit of self confidence so someone who can share their own insecurities to make him feel comfortable would be great.
