About the job
My son is gifted and has ADHD. He needs a homework helper who can sit there with him and help him improve his executive functioning skills. He is having a hard time managing his workload and getting it done without distractions. He needs someone to help him develop a system to check material thoroughly, keep track of his assignments, complete them on time and turn them in. He has some strong rigidities about showing work in math. He isn't practicing math which is why he's not understanding it. He also takes forever and gives up on writing assignments. He is so smart and has a great vocabulary so I'm not sure why he struggles with writing. Anyway, I need help for him. It has to come from someone other than his mom so he can feel independent. Also, it will save our relationship.
