Hello! We're looking for a compassionate and experienced individual to support our 7-year-old daughter with her homework. She has high-functioning autism and can exhibit task-avoidant behaviors, especially around homework time, so we need someone who can confidently engage her and encourage follow-through with patience and positivity. Requirements: Prior experience working with children with autism or ADHD, especially with task avoidance behaviors. Ability to provide structure and follow through on tasks in a supportive, motivating way. Must be willing to undergo a background check (Live Scan), which we will cover.
