Tutoring For 16 Year Old Male.

Experience with teaching adolescent or high school students that are behind academically. Assisting with foster kids or kids with developmental delays is essential. The student is a 16-year-old male who has been I foster care for several years. He is very motivated to get up to speed academically. He is currently in a non public school and understands basic math (algebra) beginning level and reads at approximately 3-4th grade. He needs help with writing also. He learns by watching videos, and one to one lessons. Giving examples real world situations and moving at a slow pace. Listen if he asks for breaks, but encourage to continue if he wants to give up. Tutoring will happen in person. To get to our home there is public transportation assessable we live in a house so there is plenty of parking out front.
