About the job
I have three kids who require some help: E is 13 and is attending middle school (8th grade). She is self driven, motivated but has always had some reservations around math. Her previous school was very competitive and I believe that may have affected her self confidence around the subject. She tends to freeze up during exams. A relaxed and fun approach to the subject would be welcome. I am looking for someone who will help her in her immediate classes, but also identify, without judgement, gaps in her knowledge and help her bridge them. She is kind and strong willed.
