Teacher For 2 Year Old

I'm seeking a dedicated early childhood educator to work with my 2-year-old. My 2-year-old is mastering her letters, numbers, and I want a teacher to help her transition into blending sounds and beginning to read and write. She can count to 20, knows all her alphabet and sounds and more. The ideal teacher should have a strong background in early literacy and numeracy, with the ability to tailor lessons to meet her needs. I'm looking for someone who can provide engaging activities that foster a love for learning. I'm pretty flexible with scheduling but ideally looking for an hour or two each day. Overall, I want a nurturing and motivating educator who can help her thrive academically. We had a private teacher back at our home in Cali but since moving to Arizona looking for another.
