Seeking Literacy And Math Tutor For A Gifted 1st Grader

I am seeking a part-time teacher for my highly gifted first grader. His school does not offer a gifted program so he is extremely bored during reading and math. He is craving more from an experienced elementary school teacher or tutor. I'm looking for someone who can really assess where my son is at and cater to his high academic abilities. This is a boy who LOVES to learn, and I worry that his eagerness if we don't start challenging him. We also want someone who understands gifted children... their strengths and their unique challenges. The goal of this is simply to make sure this is a year of academic growth for him because his peers are learning curriculum that he has, for the most part, already mastered. I need him to be able to learn new material, struggle with it, build perseverance, develop work ethic, etc.
