Virtual Learning Facilitator And Life Skills Coach

We are seeking a patient, compassionate, emotionally intelligent virtual learning facilitator and life skills coach to support virtual learning and life skill building for a middle school child with Level One Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). This child has not experienced success in traditional classrooms because of behavior triggers from classmates and needs to build stamina for and confidence in engaging in virtual learning. Supporting virtual learning The ideal candidate will have experience in de-escalation techniques, understand behavioral triggers, and have exceptional emotional intelligence to regulate one's own emotions and support the co-regulation of the child's emotions.
