Our son is a 16-year-old boy who has a service dog. Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (CP) and Cerebral/Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI), he primarily uses an Accent 1, 000 with a Touch Guide and the Unity 84 language system mounted to a power chair to communicate. Beyond his identity as a student he has presented on several panels promoting equality, inclusion, and accessibility. The ideal team member is either still in college or a recent graduate with an aptitude for Algebra, Computer Science Principles, English and Earth Science.
