My daughter is 8 years old and in the Mandarin Chinese dual immersion program. She was diagnosed in the low side of the spectrum when she was 3 and was on an IEP when she entered pre school. At the end of the year her scores fell in the benchmark levels and some were even higher so she was taken off of her IEP. She does have slight learning disabilities and has struggled with school work ever since. Shes easily distracted, quite impulsive, very kind and sweet, shes not behavioral in anyway and will be anyones best friend.
