Tutor For A Six Year Old Boy Who Is In First Grade

We are looking for a tutor who has/had experience as a teacher, or is finishing up an education degree that is able to enthusiastically and patiently work with a 6-year-old boy who is a first grader. The student needs help in both reading and math, it would be helpful if the tutor was able to administer some type of assessment to see what the child's needs are. With the tutor's guidance, the home would be able to reinforce the instruction provided by the tutor. It may be possible to adjust the days and times that the student is available, also, the fee charged may be negotiated.
