Hi, I have a little brother (13 years) with what I am guessing has a learning disability. He has been placed in Special Education by the school and has been in it for a long time. I always took their word saying that they are dedicating time to him and he is progressing. Recently it came to my attention that the system failed us and we are looking for supplemental help.
