our son is a bright but less than motivated student. He has well controlled ADHD (no behavioral concerns at all) and social/pragmatic language delays, along with dysgraphia. He has poor executive functioning. We would like him to finish high school to keep options open. He needs help organizing his work, repetition for multi-step math problems and struggles to get his thoughts into well-structured written assignments. While he does not talk alot (learning to engage with teachers has been difficult due to lack of enjoyment of school work), he is pleasant and kind. He will be in virtual school, likely but would need someone there either during instruction or soon after (3-5 days/week?) to make sure all work is complete, understood and he is aware of upcoming deadlines. He needs help planning his subsequent days and assignments.
