I am looking for someone to join me for several hours, 2-3 days per week and act as a 'body-double' to combat ADHD struggles in my work day. I am an early 30s adult who works from home and has struggled to focus/prioritize my day. I need someone who is willing to come and sit with me to help me remain focused on tasks. Body doubling has proven to be a powerful tool for ADHD management! The job consists of: - helping me talk through my priorities for the session at the beginning, and identifying the 'must do' tasks - sitting/working in the same area as me to help me stay focused - applicant may bring other work to do/a book to read, etc. - light housework/tasks as needed
