Looking For A Special Education Tutor .

I am looking for find a special needs tutor . Both children were with a genetic disorder that has caused them to have learning disabilities and lowered attention spans. Sessions would ideally take place once or twice a week at the family home. They would mainly focus on reading and some math. Some homework help would also be welcome. After each session, the tutor will share a short writeup of the kids' progress.
