Tutor For 9 Year Year Girl (Fourth Grader) ( Reading/writing) NE Portland

We are looking for a reading/writing tutor for one of my 9 y/o twin girls. She is currently a fourth grader. She is an ok reader (but behind compared to her peers), looking to build some confidence and work on some strategies to help her read (and retain) more efficiently. She is a really great kid, well-mannered, and will listen and pay attention, I think she just needs more reps (and someone who isn't her parents). and have a smoke-free, very clean house, with a cat and dog. Would love someone who has a Bachelor's and works with elementary-age kids. We can start asap, our summer schedule is a little up in the air with camps and traveling, but could continue through the summer if that works...
