Unique Position Looking For Tutor/executive Function Help/personal Support Worker

This has the potential to be a flexible position for 5-25 hours a week (read on!). I have a bright and funny homeschooled 18-year-old with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia who utilizes a personal support worker (PSW). I am looking for a new PSW for 20-25 hours a week but I am also open to having a dedicated tutor for a smaller number of hours (minimum 5 hours maybe?). Specifically, I would want someone who can help support his academic work (writing, reading) and who potentially can help him with organization and planning. This is a developing position so it's more about finding the right fit. My son loves history, politics, and humor. He loves learning and loves music. We are a secular and liberal leaning family.
