Our son was fluent in Spanish from immersion school 18 month- 6 years old. He has now been out of immersion school for 1. 5 years and we are looking for a way to bring his fluency back and maintain it. We are focused on fun and conversation to start rather than intense tutoring. We know this is the age to easiest learn a language and we want to make sure he doesn't lose it. We are part Mexican American so culturally it is also important. Additionally, my husband and I would also like to improve our Spanish if there was a family option, but our focus is on our son.
