Part-Time Homeschool Facilitator & Mentor

We're seeking a reliable, patient, and engaging individual to support our 7th-grade son during homeschooling hours. This role blends academic supervision, mentorship, and light caregiving. The ideal candidate is comfortable with pre-teen boys, keeping them on task, assisting with schoolwork, and making learning enjoyable. Responsibilities: Guide him through an established homeschool curriculum. Keep him focused, assist as needed, and ensure work is completed. Help with lunch and encourage movement breaks (basketball, chess, etc.). Provide companionship and a structured learning environment. Transport him to an after-school program at 3 p.m. Qualifications: Experience with middle school-aged kids (teaching, tutoring, coaching, etc.). Patient, responsible, and engaging. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
