About the job
I am a Single Mom of 3 Boys with Special needs. I am looking for backup sitters for evenings like 5-9 p.m. or weekend days or evenings. We don't have a set schedule, but I need some backups to support our current Nanny if he is unavailable. My boys are 8yrs, 3yrs and 2yrs old- disabilities ranges from developmental delays, PICA, Sensory processing and level 3 Autusim ( minimally verbal ) There are no aggressive or dangerous "naughty" behaviors more so making sure we are safe due to the lack of safety awareness, Elopement and impulse control struggles. 2 of the 3 boys are also still in diapers still. They are super sweet boys and I promise that 5 min with them you heart will be full. Having a background in special needs is going to be favorable and a meet and greet will be required to make sure we are a good fit for each other.
