I'm looking for someone educated and highly skilled in working with young children that have an IEP. This is for my 6-year-old son, and would be more than just watching him, but would involve developing a lesson plan and working with him personally for two hours a week, preferably on the weekends, to help him learn the letters and their sounds, how to read and spell, how to count objects and addition/subtraction.
