My children, ages 7 & 9, have been in a private Seneca Language and Culture Montessori school. My 7-year-old has yet to be taught abs master basic reading and writing skills in addition to math comprehension and skills. My 9-year-old was homeschooled for 2 years prior to joining the Montessori school for 3 years. He is advanced and isnt being challenged to his potential in his current school. Im reconsidering homeschooling and hiring private tutoring for western education curriculum while I supplement with our culture, language and land based learning and skills. I would like to select the perfect fit for private tutoring.
