We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our early intervention team as the ABA Team Leader for a sweet 2. 5-year-old girl. She currently receives a robust schedule of services, including speech therapy, group ABA, and individual ABA sessions. We are looking for a BCBA to lead and integrate her ABA programming in coordination with her existing providers and family. Responsibilities: - Conduct 2 one hour in-person ABA sessions per week focused on individualized goals (play-based and developmentally appropriate). - Serve as the team lead for the ABA portion of the child's early intervention program. - Review and refine ABA goals in collaboration with the child's current ABA provider(s), speech therapist, and family. - Monitor progress and update programs
