Looking For Tutor Part-time

Hello Everyone, I'm looking forward to hear from you. I'm looking for an experienced tutor to assist my 6-year-old daughter in Math and English grammar, reading and writing. I need the tutor to first do an assessment to determine where she needs help and what level she is at in math and English to create a program that will cover those needs. After that, the tutor would review the lessons for the week on each subject and asses if my child understands the concepts and practice based on what she has learned. I'm looking for the tutor to come to our home on Saturdays for 1-2 hours. I'd like to do interviews over the phone first. Thank you
