Looking For A Foreign Language Tutor And / Or Personal Assistant In Las Vegas.

Hi, my name is Frank. English is my primary language. I recently bought a property in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I plan to start doing business down there once I am fluent with the language. I have been using an app for the past 4 months. I'm doing well with the app so far but I want to learn more and I want to learn faster. I find that I do well with the lessons, but I don't have enough practice with actual conversation. I want to improve my skills all around. I also would like to find someone that can help with personal errands and organization. If you can help with all, that would be great!
