About the job
Im trying to find someone to help my second-grade son with reading and writing. He has an (IEP) for speech. While his speech has greatly improved, he still struggles to keep up with his classmates. Im looking for an educator who understands the learning needs of young children and approaches teaching with patience and kindness. My son needs someone who can help build his confidence and skills in an engaging way. I know this will take time, but Im eager to get started. Ideally, Id like to arrange sessions two to three times a week, for at least an hour after school. If you are experienced working with young children and feel that you could and feel that you could make a difference in his learning journey.
