Looking For Ideal Piano Tutor For Exchange Student

We are searching for a piano tutor for our 16-year-old Swedish exchange student, who will be here in August of 2025. She is self taught and has been playing for two years, however it is currently unknown whether she can read music. There will be a piano in the home. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with pets and has own transportation as well as a non-smoker. Tutoring is preferred twice a week and we are flexible with schedule. We prefer a piano tutor with 10+ years experience and formally trained. The student is an exchange student from Sweden and has been playing piano for 1-2 years without formal instruction but is rather self-taught. We are not sure of musical taste but do know she enjoys drama and theatre and may enjoy wanting to learn music from different plays, musicals, movies, and the like. We are not sure if she is familiar with knowing how to read music. The student turns 17 this year and will be arriving in late July to begin classes in August. We are looking for her to start lessons in late August. Tutoring will occur in person and in our home preferably. Pull in the driveway.
