Looking For A Test Prep, Math Tutor In Wilmington.

I am in college. I am earning credits to be enrolled into their undergrad program, but with my standing credits I believe I am right between a sophomore/junior. I have one class left till I am enrolled, being College Algebra and I need to finish it before the end of the year to receive the credits. I need the most help with remembering how to know formulas, how to look at a problem and know what step is next. I go through many many different units and topics so its hard to ever remember it all. Math does not come to me easily, given this is the 3rd time taking this same math class, so I have struggled quite a bit with math overall.
