I is my 6th grade son. He was retained in the 6th grade and is still not passing his math (17%) and E (53%) classes. He's ADHD and ODD. He's got an issue with his math teacher so his ODD really shows up with them. It's not that he's not smart enough to do it, because he's extremely smart. It's applying himself and actually completing the work.
