I'm looking for someone to help my 3rd grader with school work. He has the opportunity to complete work in school, but is having difficulty with all the distractions. He looses motivation and becomes frustrated very quickly. With a diagnoses of ADHD and anxity, it is difficult for my son to complete work that requires sustained effort. I'm concerned about creating a negative relationship with my son because I am now "the homework police". I want to show him that he can do hard things, hold him accountable, instill confidence and most importantly for him to know it's ok to ask for help. If you feel you can help. I'm open to suggestions!
