Support a bright, fun and curious 8-year-old child on the autism spectrum with attention deficits at home and/or Duluth's leading outdoor-based programs. Child is happy and creative, and love is the most important thing in the world! Start anytime before the end of May. Pay & Benefits: $20/hour starting pay (with eligibility for raises) Schedule: Flexible Days & Hours, scheduled around your availability & preferences 3-30 hours/week 3-8 hours/day, 1-5 days/week on weekdays and/or weekends Duration: 2 months - many years Responsibilities: Accompany and guide play & teacher-led or counselor-led activities Patiently prompt dressing, eating, tidying, transitions, and bathroom breaks Keep the child safe Support academic activities & social connections Requirements: Love and enthusiasm for working with children
