We are looking for an experienced educator to spend 2-8 hours a week with our 9 near old working on all types of skills: he enjoys coding, programming, mine craft, creative writing, and Legos but we want him to broaden his activities, perhaps trying karate, going swimming, and practicing social skills. Our son is in a gifted program and has some mild anxiety, which has prevented him from doing after school activities. Your main job would be to really bond and bolster his confidence. You would determine the hours, starting during the school year whenever you are free, for 4-6 hours on Sat, Sunday or after school. During the summer, we'd like your help on Sundays after 1 p.m. and any day after camp (after 4). You can make up the schedule and number of hours that suit you, but at least 6 hours a week.
