Seeking a warm, reliable tutor/nanny for my 10-year-old (4th grade) homeschooler 2-3 days a week for a few hours. My child is bright, creative, and neurodivergent (ADHD, high-functioning autism). The ideal candidate is someone who is firm with boundaries but also sensitive to emotional regulation challenges, such as frustration or overwhelm related to schoolwork. You'll support academics (curriculum provided) in math, grammar, and writing; guide work periods; include breaks (playing outside, games, or art), and give brief session updates. I will be working remotely in another room. Experience with neurodivergent kids and tutoring preferred. Must be comfortable around a friendly Samoyed dog. Located in South Chelmsford.
