What We Offer: Full-Time: $3,500/month, negotiable. Live-In: $6,000/month, negotiable. Includes private room (may be shared with baby) & 3 meals/day, 5 days/week. Supportive, comfortable environment with a friendly family atmosphere. Responsibilities: Care for baby, ensuring safety & well-being. Engage with baby through activities like reading, singing, & play. Assist with feeding, diapering, and light housework (baby's room, laundry, kitchen cleanup). Limit phone use when baby is awake. Requirements: Previous experience with babies/toddlers preferred. Ex-employer references required. Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently. Sick leave: 50% pay or no pay (discussed during interview). Mandarin-speaking is a plus. Long-term commitment (until December 2025) preferred.
