Amherst family needs a part-time tutor for Math. Very bright 7th neurodiversity 7th grader who is dealing with weaker foundational math skills (likely pandemic-related) and falling behind in 7th grade. Shorter sessions (30 minutes) probably most effective (2-3x a week); can consider online but likely need in-person first to establish rapport. Local applicants only. Occasional dog-sitting available as well (usually Feb/April/December breaks + summer options); 1 5-year-old small dog, 1 12-year-old medium-sized hound. Both very sweet!
