Tutor With PATIENCE Needed

-our tutor needs patience, first and foremost. My daughter is 13 and very much shows that she's a new teenager. Our last tutor quit because of her attitude and resistance. I'm looking for someone who can connect with her on a friendly yet stern level. -she is difficult but extremely intelligent. She just needs the right person to pull the love for school out of her that she used to have. -she prefers to use as little time as possible to get work done. She needs to learn studying takes time, as well as different ways to study. This is her 1st year of high school at a prestigious academy. It is much more difficult this year than it's been in the past. -tutoring needs to be in person. She needs supervision with maintaining her work/not touching her phone (though it'll be parentally controlled from my phone). -street parking in the suburbs or park in the driveway.
