About the job
Jim has been diagnosed with adult ADD and needs someone to keep him focused on finishing his assignments and improving his grades. He works better when working with a partner but needs privacy to keep him engaged. He needs the responsibility of scheduled appointed times to follow. He doesn't need help with homework as he has above average intelligence. Were just trying to work on focus behaviors and persistence.
