About the job
My 8-year-old son, is getting ready to finish 3rd grade at CPS a very bright kid and is always caring of others feelings. His consistently gotten good grades. Our concerns: His getting to his correct reading level. Building up his confidence to the point he trusts his answers. Even if they're right or wrong, we just want him to believe in himself enough to the point where he isn't scared to answer. Both his Home Room and IEP teachers the other He is definitely a hard worker. Its early obvious he tries very hard and is always eager to find the correct answer. On the other hand, his teachers also report: he sometimes gets frustrated when he doesn't know the right answer. he can lack confidence when asked a question, even when he know pop the right answer.
