My sister who is 80 and I, 77 are really annoyed that we cannot master the fundamentals of our new iPhone 15 with the most recent operating systems and she doesnt really know how to use the gift of an Apple tablet. I have a Microsoft Surface Pro laptop that confuses me so badly that I cant retrieve documents I have closed even though I know they are somewhere on the hard drive. We need a super technical assistant that can bring us from the days when we hand typed everything on an IBM electric. We are not at the same learning curve on everything but we could share some sessions!
