Reading/Writing/Math Tutor For 9 Year Old

Hello! I am looking for a tutor for my second grade child. She has some mild-moderate disabilities, most specifically in the area of speech and language. This has made school generally more difficult since so much learning is auditory. Prefer someone with a background in special education or communication/speech/language. She is reading and knows all her sight words so she has a good foundation. She needs help with continuing her reading, hand writing and putting thoughts into words (i.e., writing short stories), and math (place value). I would prefer that someone pick her up at school and take her to the library or bring her home for tutoring, but could also meet her at our house after school. Looking for after school, Monday/Wednesday.
