Tutor Needed For 2nd Grader

I am looking for a tutor/educator for my 7-year-old daughter. She needs help with reading and reading comprehension mostly and reinforcement with math concepts. I would like to hire someone that has teaching experience who can not only reinforce what is currently being taught but also incorporate what will be learned in the future so she can get a little ahead of the game, if possible. Someone who can create a structured learning plan with periodic growth checks to make sure she is progressing. if this is something that you can provide, please let me know. Thanks!
