Montessori-Inspired Homeschool Guide - 2 Half Days/Week

We're looking for a warm, nurturing Montessori-trained or Montessori-inspired educator to guide 2 curious, engaged 5-year-olds twice a week for 3 to 5 hours/day in a private homeschool setting. A third and fourth child (age 3) may join if appropriate, creating a small, multi-age primary classroom. Your role will be to lead child-led, hands-on learning rooted in Montessori principles and academics using shelf work, practical life activities, and outdoor exploration. A dedicated class space and outdoor play space will be provided at our home or their grandmother's. We can provide a Montessori-based homeschool curriculum or welcome your ideas and approach.
