My daughter is in accelerated math but struggles with ADHD which often causes her to give up and feel incapable. She is very smart and capable but feels defeated easily and I'd like to find her a tutor who can help her with patience and kindness and encourage her to keep trying even through the frustration. Art is a similar experience for her, although she is talented, she gets overwhelmed with projects and I would like a tutor who can encourage her and guide her through the techniques she is learning and the projects she is working on.
