About the job
Ayden has an IEP with the school and seeks outside help with Speech Works once a week. It isn't cognitive but rather physical; he struggles a bit with pronunciation but has gotten much better. He is currently ranging between D's and F's and from what I can see in his school portal, is currently at about a 1st grade learning level in some areas. Strong focus is needed on language arts and math. I am a single mother and work from home. I'm currently devising a system where I can hopefully review the material he learns in school that afternoon when he goes home just to reinstate the information and help him with what he didn't understand that day. It is extremely time consuming, and I have not received much help with his teacher or the school. I am looking for someone to start at the basics with him. 2-3 days a week for 8-9 months. ASAP
