Looking For An ASL Tutor In Washington, DC.

I think I'm deaf and someone put cochlear implants in my ears that are scrambling what I'm hearing as sometimes it seems my lips don't match what I'm hearing myself say and sometimes people act like I'm saying weird things I can't hear I'm self taught the alphabet but I'd like to learn real phrases and whole words because it's very apparent I'm deaf and this would improve my ability to at least communicate what I'm saying even though I can't hear. Also I don't get paid until the first of next month as I'm on SSI I can only afford a few hours but I am 100% going to pay you on the first if you're willing to trust me. I would like to learn as much as possible to convey that I'm deaf and that there are implants in my ears and throat.
