Kodely is excited to offer engaging STEM workshops at Denver Public Schools and is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Workshop Leader to join our team! Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging, hands-on STEM activities, specifically within the Rube Goldberg Lab workshop.
Create an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages curiosity, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
Effectively manage classroom dynamics, keeping students engaged and focused throughout the session.
Communicate regularly with Kodely staff and school partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a teaching, mentoring, or workshop facilitation role, ideally with elementary-aged students.
Availability: Open schedule with no conflicting commitments, ensuring reliability for the duration of the workshop series.
Energy and Enthusiasm: A positive and energetic approach to leading workshops, inspiring young learners to explore STEM concepts.
Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to manage a diverse classroom environment and relay information to students, school staff, and Kodely team members.
