About the job
We are looking for an in person only tutor who can commute to our home in San Diego twice a week after school. This is a short term position through summer break, with the possibility of continuing in the fall for the right fit. Our 10-year-old daughter is in a general education class and has mild autism. She loves reading but needs support with reading comprehension and math word problems. We are seeking someone caring and professional, ideally a credentialed teacher, special education teacher, or speech therapist, who understands autism and believes in each child's potential.
