1:1 Special Needs Aid

I am searching for a person to assist a neurodivergent adult from 10am-2 p.m. on Mondays. This position is outdoors, located on a farm. The right person for this position needs to have excellent communication skills, excellent common sense, and be able to be flexible and eager to be around horses. This is a physical job and we take care of the horses in ALL weather. Experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral differences is crucial. The right person for this job must also have reliable transportation. There is no public transportation to our location. Mondays from 10am-2 p.m. Occasional Wednesdays from 10am-2pm
