Looking For A English, Math Tutor In Oceanside.

Her 4th grade teacher does not assign homework. The math taught in the classroom is not sticking with her when she taking tests. She was behind in math last year, assessments have shown she is more at a second grade level. Now I feel like she is falling even more behind and will be extremely hard for her to catch up in 5th grade. I would like someone to help her better understand 4th grade math and bring her tests scores up/prepare her for 5th grade.
