Our hard-working 7th grader missed 18 months of school due to CV, and never caught up with her class, which is currently studying pre-algebra. She is very motivated and eager to learn. In addition to algebra, she needs support with fractions, general math literacy/number sense, and study skills/organization. We are looking for someone to work with her at school in Long Beach/Belmont Heights 2-3 times per week: Mon & Fri 1-2pm, and Wed 11:30-12. Pay and schedule are negotiable for the right person.
